The Story:

The artwork explores comfort through nostalgic objects from my childhood. At its center is my beloved pet Rumi, surrounded by cherished details from growing up: the yellow chrysanthemums my mom placed on our ancestors' altar every Tết, and the blue plastic stools my friends and I sat on while eating street food in Saigon.
